Overview

At Xlope, we are dedicated to quality and have built our reputation on durable, high-performance products.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Xlope sunglasses and goggles come with a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring they are free from manufacturer’s defects throughout the product's lifespan, as outlined in this policy.

Standard Limited Warranty

All Xlope helmets are covered for three years from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects, under the same terms and conditions.

Accessories

All Xlope accessories are covered for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects, unless otherwise stated by applicable law.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Xlope reserves the sole discretion to determine what constitutes a manufacturer’s defect. Only authentic products purchased from authorized Xlope dealers or the Xlope website qualify for our limited lifetime or standard limited warranty. If a product is deemed defective, Xlope may choose to (i) replace, (ii) repair, (iii) provide a coupon*, or (iv) issue a refund**. If your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping and tax costs of the replacement product.

*Coupons provided for approved warranty claims must be redeemed within 90 days of issuance. After this period, the claim and coupon will expire.
**This applies only to products purchased via www.xlopeoptics.com.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover products that are lost, stolen, damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Specifically, for apparel, the warranty excludes damage from accidents, improper care, or natural degradation of materials over time due to exposure or extensive use.

Please note that the Xlope warranty applies exclusively to authentic Xlope products, including lenses, frames, and parts, without any modifications. Alterations to lenses, frame parts, or nose pads void the warranty.

For purchases made in-store, please contact your local Xlope retailer.

How to Activate Your Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please visit our website. The warranty process typically takes 1–2 weeks. To ensure a smooth process, please provide:

  • Product name and model
  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Product SKU or UPC number (found on original packaging or product page at www.xlopeoptics.com)
  • Clear photos showing the issue with your product (refer to our Warranty Claim Photos for examples)

If your claim is approved, you will receive a warranty voucher for a comparable product from the same category. You are responsible for the shipping and tax costs associated with the replacement order.

Purchases made with a warranty voucher are not eligible for return or exchange, so please consider your purchase carefully. Our product experts are available to assist with any questions.

Replacement Policy

If your issue does not fall under our warranty policy, Xlope may, at its discretion, replace frames, lenses, and other parts for interchangeable models for a fee. Scratched or otherwise damaged lenses, as well as fixed lenses, are not eligible for replacement. For more information, please submit a request via the Contact Us form. Replacement fees vary based on the model and required parts.

Helmet Crash Replacement Policy

If your helmet has been involved in a crash, do not continue using it. Xlope offers a 50% discount off the MSRP for crash replacement helmets.

Eligibility Requirements for Crash Replacement Discount

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • Damage must be the result of an activity-related crash or impact.
  • The crash replacement request must be made within two years of the original purchase date, with proof of purchase.
  • You must present the damaged helmet and details about the incident.
  • You must be the original owner of the helmet.
  • Cases of helmet abuse are not eligible for replacement.

Helmet replacements are limited to one unit per year. To initiate a helmet crash replacement, please use the Contact Us form.

Limitations on Warranty and Damages

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, XLOPE MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE. XLOPE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS WELL AS WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE VALIDITY OF PATENTS OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

To the extent permitted by law, any warranty not expressly regulated in this policy, including implied warranties, shall be considered excluded. In the event of a breach of warranty, the consumer’s remedies are limited to repair, replacement with an identical or equivalent style, coupon redemption, or refund at Xlope’s discretion. Unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, Xlope is NOT liable for any other damages, including special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
