Warranty Policy
Xlope offers a one-year warranty on all products. For quality-related claims, we will replace defective items with a refurbished model of equivalent value or a new one if unavailable.
The warranty for replacements is valid for the same period as the original item or for three months after the replacement, whichever is longer. Once a product has been fully refunded, its warranty is void.
If you did not purchase your product through our official website, we cannot provide after-sales service or warranty support. Please contact the original seller for assistance. However, we are available to answer product-related questions via email or our contact form.
Warranty Process:
- Contact our customer service immediately if you experience any issues with your product.
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., sales invoice, order number) to facilitate the verification process.
- You must submit the defective item’s serial number and visual evidence of the defect.
- It may be necessary to return the item for a quality inspection.
Valid Proof of Purchase:
- Order number for purchases made through Xlope.
- Sales invoice.
- Dated receipt from an authorized reseller showing the product description and price.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Products beyond their warranty period.
- Non-quality related issues after 30 days.
- Free products.
- Unauthorized repairs.
- External damages.
- Misuse of products (e.g., falls, extreme temperatures).
Shipping Costs:
The buyer must cover shipping costs in cases such as non-defective returns, international warranty claims, accidental returns, returns found to be in working order after inspection, and unauthorized returns.
Out-of-Warranty Service:
For products damaged after the warranty period, we offer paid repair services. Contact us with your order number and product images for a quote on repair and shipping costs.
Return and Exchange Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
You may return undamaged products within 30 days of purchase for any reason for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days.
- Returned products must be in new condition with original packaging.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges:
We cover return shipping costs if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other issues, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
